With an average of 10-15 patient encounters a day, you’re able to spend more time forming strong relationships and getting to the core of each issue. Our providers spend an average of 30 to 60 minutes with each patient.

Provider role types

As a Vera provider, you set the standard for excellence, providing leadership and guidance to keep care centers running smoothly. You demonstrate deep, authentic care for both your patients and your team. You will work alongside the primary care team, Practice Manager, and Customer Success Manager to ensure high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience.

Lead Provider

You will provide advanced primary care services to patient populations in a dedicated care center, administering exams, screenings, medical procedures, and referrals

Region Lead Physician

You'll set the standard for excellence, providing guidance and mentorship to providers and care teams, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional patient experience

Physician

You'll meet with patients to assess their needs, perform consultations and treatment, and offer resources that empower them to lead healthier lives

Nurse Practitioner

You'll work as part of a primary care team to partner with patients and improve their well-being through practical treatment, prevention, behavior change, and chronic issue management

Our Hiring Process

Step 1:
Getting Started

Fill out and submit your application online, receive a confirmation email, then undergo a 30-minute recruiter screening.

Step 2:
Clinical Assessment

Complete a 60-minute virtual or in-person assessment of your clinical skills and knowledge.

Step 3:
Interviews

Participate in a phone interview with your hiring manager to affirm experience and culture fit – then meet on-site with a lead provider and care team to learn more about what it’s like to work at Vera.

Step 4:
Offer

If we feel you’re the best fit for the role, the recruiter will present your offer and send signature forms. Upon acceptance, we’ll perform a background check and make it official.

Step 5:
Welcome Aboard

Spend your first weeks at Vera on-boarding and getting to know your team. We'll cover everything from HIPAA training to learning the Vera Way, to set you up for success.
