Field support role types

Our team includes a variety of non-medical positions to keep the work of improving healthcare running smoothly.

Finance and Accounting

You'll use your financial planning skills to help us scale sustainably, providing strategic perspective into contract development and partnerships, in addition to forecasting, auditing and accounting

Clinical Operations

Whether you're involved in clinical training, patient safety, quality and compliance, or facilities and supply chain, you'll work behind the scenes to boost the performance of our field care teams to ensure that our care centers are run to the highest standards

Information Technology

From building technical infrastructure to troubleshooting apps, you'll manage the systems that support our primary care teams in providing the best care possible while ensuring patient and care center data security

People Strategy

You're dedicated to putting engagement and connection first when creating strategies for talent acquisition, learning and development, human resources, or benefits to invest in Vera's greatest asset: our people

Marketing and Communications
As Vera’s brand steward, it’s up to you to ensure alignment across the organization around our market position, product offerings, corporate communications and patient experience
Sales and Partnerships

You'll build relationships with business partners who understand the importance of investing in the health of their people – applying market insights to turn healthcare innovations into customer solutions

Business Operations and PMO

You'll promote strategic solutions and standardize business process improvements, balancing desirability, feasibility, and viability while ensuring full adoption across the organization

Our Hiring Process

Step 1:
Getting Started

Fill out and submit an online application, receive a confirmation email, then undergo a 30-minute recruiter screening.

Step 2:

You’ll do a virtual or on-site interview with your manager to affirm your interest, experience, and culture fit. Next, you’ll participate in team interviews to share more about your experience and dive deeper into what you can expect in your role.

Step 3:
Skills Assessment

Depending on the position you apply for, you may be asked to complete a skills assessment.

Step 4:

If we feel you’re the best fit for the role, the recruiter will present your offer and send signature forms. Upon acceptance, we’ll perform a background check and make it official.

Step 5:
Welcome Aboard

Spend your first weeks at Vera on-boarding and getting to know your team. We'll cover everything from HIPAA training to learning the Vera Way, to set you up for success.
