Benedicte is a bilingual Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, speaking both English and French. She holds a BA in English and she has completed Health Coach training programs through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Vera Whole Health. She has experience coaching around all types of health and wellness needs, with a special interest in physical activity, weight management and self-care. Benedicte's favorite thing about coaching is the opportunity to support her patients as they build healthy habits. She also loves how they, in turn, inspire her.
