Amy Cooper, NP

Amy Cooper is an AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in family medicine, primary care, and addiction medicine. She obtained her MSN in Nursing Administration and Management from Sacred Heart University, and went on to obtain her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from South University. Amy is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Provider at Central Ohio Primary Care and Apree Health, serving JP Morgan Chase employees in central Ohio. She has been active in state and national nurse practitioner organizations. She enjoys speaking and educating at various events and carries that into the care of her patients. Amy also travels internationally to third world countries to serve in medical mission camps. She has had a long tenure as an RN in the emergency department where she holds her Certified Emergency Nurse, Adult and Pediatric Trauma Certification, BLS, ACLS, Comprehensive Stroke Certification, and specialized in oncologic emergencies and chemotherapy administration. Amy is integrity-driven with strong clinical skills in family practice, primary care, and addiction therapy. She has a demonstrated tenure in healthcare with a passion to serve others. She is committed to providing the best care and promoting healthy living and using thorough knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology in guiding the care of various disease processes. Her patients and their well being are her priority. Amy is married with four children, 2 dogs, and 8 cats. She enjoys traveling, volleyball, serving her church, family, and friends.
