Flortasha Pullom, FNP

Flortasha is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Vera Whole Health. She graduated from Brenau University in 2011 with a bachelor's in nursing and Simmons University in 2018 with a master's in nursing focused on family medicine. She comes from a mental health background, where she helped support the stability of severely mentally ill persons at both the state hospital level of care and in the community. She has worked with a Federally Qualified Health Center for the last six years promoting optimal physical and mental health of patients. Flortasha is passionate about working with the underserved population and teaching patients how to modify lifestyles to prevent or improve disease states and overall health and wellness. She is excited to join the team at Vera Whole Health to partner in offering solutions to the broken health care system in meeting the needs of patients now. She is passionate about teaching the next generation of providers and precepts students from all over the United States. When she's not working, you can find her exploring the world, either by traveling to new countries, camping, on the beach, reading and spending time with family and close friends.
