Heather Helms, NP

Heather Helms is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to graduating, she worked at a level one trauma center in the emergency room as a Bachelor's prepared registered nurse, for ten years. She graduated with her Master's Degree in 2007 from the University of Utah and has worked in Trauma/Surgery, Public Health, Corporate Health, Esthetic Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care and Worker's Compensation. Many of these positions she held concurrently. She currently enjoys working in Portland, Oregon for Apree Health since 2019. In her free time she likes to fish, travel, garden, play with her dog and hang out with friends and family.
