Reena Koshy, MD

Reena Koshy is a Family Medicine and Public Health physician. She completed medical school at Rush Medical College in Chicago, residency training at Providence and SeaMar Clinic in Seattle and her Masters of Public Health at the University of Washington. Her interest in international development led her to primary care medicine and public health. She has trained and worked in the United States, Peru, Nicaragua, New Zealand and Canada. Currently she is certified to provide medical care in the Spanish language. She came to Vera Whole Health to have more time with her patients and develop a trusting and respectful relationship with them. She believes it is the relationship and understanding of each person's life that sets the agenda for wellness. Currently balancing work and play with tabla lessons, swimming, bike, walking dog, and tai chi lessons. Goals for future professional certifications: to provide cognitive behavioral therapy in primary care setting, medical care Italian and French languages.
